Included Excursions

BLUE LAGOON: The Blue Lagoon is considered one of the New Wonders of the World. The geothermal water originates 2,000 metres below the surface, where freshwater and seawater combine at extreme temperatures. On its way to the surface, the water picks up silica and minerals and when it emerges the temperature is generally between 37°C and 40°C (98 - 104 °F). The blue colour comes from the silica and the way it reflects sunlight, as the water is actually white. The sun simply makes it look blue! Towel, face mask and a drink of choice from the Blue Lagoon Bar are included in this tour.
*This excursion would cost €185pp approx if buying locally and we have included it in the tour.
