Emerald Seaview sits on a spacious corner plot, boasting stunning sea views from the pool terrace, Mediterranean palm trees, alfresco dining and reclining sun loungers. This modern terrace is the ideal spot for a chilled day by the pool as you catch the rays in style with a good book and a homemade cocktail.
Wrap-around patio doors lead from the terrace to the ground floor, where you'll be greeted with an open-plan contemporary living room and kitchen. This space oozes glamour, with colorful wall art contrasting the modern black and white interiors. The white-washed kitchen comes fully equipped with all the latest appliances, as well as a breakfast bar, ideal for a morning coffee as you catch a glimpse of the boats sailing along the horizon. A guest W/C completes the ground floor, whilst upstairs we find all three bedrooms. There's a master double bedroom with an ensuite shower room alongside another double and a twin room with a single and sofa bed. All bedrooms have access to a shared veranda-style balcony, offering more spectacular sea views, and each come complete with their own flat-screen TV.
