Mobility

To access the villa there is an open path which is 200cm wide with two steps. The front door width is 95cm and the width of the other access door is 160cm. The outside ground is flat and is fully tiled around the pool and outside dining areas. The is no steps to reach the pool however there is 3 roman steps to get into the pool, the width of the path to get to the pool is 200cm. There is a bedroom located on the ground floor with a door width of 69cm. The wet room is located on the ground floor and the door width is 60cm. There are 20 steps from the ground floor to the first floor. The width of the first floor bedroom door on the right hand side is 76cm. The main bathroom on the first floor has a door width of 62cm.
