Nissi Kube 2 is a captivating and modern villa, with monochrome grid-like exteriors and feature walls in white, rustic stone, and glass. This ensures that the interiors are sun-soaked, seeped with natural daylight. The airy, open-plan living room is decorated in crisp white with a contemporary design and simple décor. There's an enormous amount of space, and patio doors lead directly out onto the garden and pool area. For an extra treat, there’s even a games room with a table tennis and indoor football table. The sleek kitchen is state of the art, with modern appliances and a glossy finish overlooked by a chic dining table. For those who lean more towards alfresco cooking, fire up the barbecue and eat on the terrace with a dining table sitting directly under the sunshine.
You’ll find it hard to tear yourself away from the sumptuous, sun-kissed terrace. The large pool is the star attraction, inviting you to take a refreshing dip and soak up the gorgeous Croatian sunshine. It's lined with plush sun loungers, so hop out and dry off in the heat as you sunbathe your way through the hazy afternoons. For some reprieve from the heat, sink into the poolside outdoor sofas that are sheltered under the veranda. Once you’ve had your daily dose of sunshine, there are five bedrooms to tuck into that are spaciously spread across three stories.
Located in the middle of Ayia Napa, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurant-lined Nissi Avenue. To get your beach fix, head to the fine white sands and gently shelving waters of Vathia Gonia Beach, which is just down the road.

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 130cm wide path. The front door has a width of 90cm. The door to the terrace is 230cm wide, the terrace is flat and paved. There are 4 steps into the pool. The door to the lounge area is 200cm wide, the door to the kitchen area is 105cm wide. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the bedroom door is 72cm wide, and the door to the shower room is 62cm wide.
