With a prime location set in the centre of Ayia Napa, you’ll be in the heart of the action at Nissi Kube 3. You’re just a short stroll away from the lively Nissi, with its rows of restaurants and bars. There are endless stretches of golden sandy beaches, with a selection of water sports at your disposal.
A heaven of style and tranquillity, the exteriors are stylishly finished with a cutting-edge type of architecture. A contemporary flair floods the inside, with the open-plan living space designed with a modern and minimalist feel. With a side set of sliding doors and tall windows, the interiors feel warm and ambient from the seeping natural daylight. The kitchen is state of the art, with a sleek design and the latest appliances overlooking a long eight-seat dining table. For an extra treat, there’s even a games room with a table tennis and indoor football table. Extremely spacious, there are two doubles and three twin bedrooms to sink into that are spread across three stories.
As soon as you enter the outdoor space, it’ll be hard to pull yourself away from this slice of Cypriot paradise. The outdoor terrace has multiple spots for you to sit back and take in the brisk Mediterranean breeze. Picturesque and peaceful, flanked with greenery and palm trees overlooking the large swimming pool for cooling off. If dinner at sunset sounds like your idea of heaven, there’s a dining table and barbecue set up under the sunshine. For some reprieve from the heat, sink into the poolside outdoor sofas that are sheltered under the veranda.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide. The front door has a width of 92cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 230cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 73cm wide, and the shower room door is 63cm wide. There are 20 steps to the first floor.
