Outside is a serene and secluded patio terrace fenced by verdant greenery, where you can unwind in total tranquillity. For tanning spots, the most relaxing place is on the edge of the dazzling swimming pool, nestled under the glorious sunshine. The shade-seekers will find solace under the veranda, where a comfy sofa set is perfect for unwinding with a good book. A barbecue area provides the perfect opportunity to cook al fresco. Why not try grilling some freshly caught seafood or locally-caught veggies? Serve up dinner on one of the outdoor dining tables, all while soaking up the warm Cypriot heat.
When you enter the villa, you’re met with an open-plan living space drowned in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The colour palette is calm and soothing, paired with minimalist interior design, chic furnishings, and simple décor. A chic dining table separates the kitchen from the rest of the ground floor, which is fully equipped with modern appliances. For some added luxe, there’s even a games room with a table tennis and indoor football table. Extremely spacious, there are two doubles and three twin bedrooms to sink into that are spread across three stories. Located in the middle of Ayia Napa, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurant-lined Nissi Avenue. To get your beach fix, head to the fine white sands and gently shelving waters of Vathia Gonia Beach, which is just down the road.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 83cm wide alongside 3 steps. You can also access the villa via the poolside patio doors, with the path being 143cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 57cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor.
