You can’t get more beachfront than at Royal Beach Villa, with the scenic golden coastline just a few metres from your doorstep. A slice of paradise for those seeking a beachy Cyprus escape, there’s nothing quite like waking up each morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Nestled in a corner outside of Protaras, you’re in the ideal position to explore Cyprus’ bustling resorts.
Royal Beach Villa is a beautiful mix, fusing traditional Mediterranean charm with light, contemporary features. The interiors are welcoming and warm, with flowing marbled tiles and grand pillars that complement the modern furniture and simple décor. Extremely spacious and designed in an open-plan concept, the lounge has large, plush corner sofas to sink into after a busy day of sightseeing. A modern masterpiece, the kitchen is a chef's dream with ample worktop space, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar. Across the villa, you’ll find three doubles and two twin bedrooms, all with windows that frame the sublime sea views.
Our favourite area is the lush gardens, fringed with palm trees and lapped by the turquoise waters. Dotted with sofas and sun beds, it’s impossible not to feel at zen at Royal Beach Villa.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 3 steps. The parking area is on a slight gradient. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and on a very slight gradient, consisting of tiles and lawn. There are 2 steps to the poolside, however, you can go around the side of the property via no steps. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor WC is accessed via 3 internal steps. The ground floor hallway is narrow at 80cm wide. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
