Villa Alia Balsa

This three-bedroom villa can sleep up to six guests, making it the ideal retreat for a small family. The living and dining rooms combine with the kitchen to create a modern and airy open-plan area, with one large twin bedroom also on this level. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, the family bathroom, and a converted veranda, which features a snug sofa section where you can take in the incredible coastal backdrop.

Lush Mediterranean style gardens frame the natural timber decking, with an added alfresco dining area where you can hear the waves crashing in the background while you eat. Cool off by taking in a dip in the large swimming pool, with ample sun-bathing spots to soak up some sun afterwards.

Just a short walk away is the affluent town of Protaras, which has an excellent selection of popular bars, restaurants, and shopping boutiques. Around the corner are the region’s best beaches, including Fig Tree Bay and Blue Flag, which make for the perfect family day trip.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide.  The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 105cm wide.  The outside grounds are flat with decking around the pool area. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  The ground floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  There are 16 steps leading to the first floor.  The first floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the first floor bathroom doors are 65cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom.  Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
