Villa Argaka Heights

Surrounded by Cypriot countryside, Villa Argaka Heights is a beautiful retreat offering breathtaking sea views and a spacious outdoor terrace. Sunny Mezze lunches have never looked so good! There's a beamed terrace with a six-seater dining table and brick-built BBQ for home-cooked evening meals and grilled seafood starters. We loved the magnificent sea views, a gorgeous backdrop with blue as far as the eye can see, and the mountainous coastline in the far distance. As well as an impressive 10m pool, you have an evergreen garden towards the front of the property, filled with Mediterranean palm trees and tropical bushes. 

This villa is split over two levels, the ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor is where you enter the property, and from here you can access the spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There's also a twin bedroom on this level, with patio doors and access to a separate shower room. The first floor is where you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, both double ensuites with a balcony each, ideal for a nightcap as you plan tomorrow's adventures and watch the boats sails along the horizon.

Mobility

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. There is a crazy paved path that's 154cm wide leading to the front door, alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace area is 91cm wide. To access the pool area via the patio doors, there's 4 steps and a path that's 100cm wide. The pool has step access. The terrace is a mixture of crazy paving and lawn. There is 1 step from the lounge to the bathroom. On the ground floor, the widest bedroom door is 73cm, whilst the shower room door is 65cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom with the widest door is 73cm, and the ensuite doors are both 64cm wide.
