This large garden is great for the kids to let off steam whilst you enjoy a relaxing day of sunbathing. The upper terrace leads off the living room and is shaded for alfresco lunches and sea-view evening meals. As an added bonus, there's a pool table for some light competition! We can't get enough of the panoramic sea views, with blue as far as the eye can see and the mountainous rocky coastline in the distance. A 9m pool sits centrally on the stone terrace, great for swimming a few lengths as you cool off from the midday sun.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. There is a path that's 177cm wide leading to the front door, alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace area is 143cm wide. To access the pool area via the patio doors, there is 1 step and a path that's 149cm wide leading onto the covered veranda and wooden decking. The pool has ladder access. The terrace is a mixture of paving and lawn. On the ground floor, the widest bedroom door is 75cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom with the widest door is 80cm, and the ensuite doors are both 75cm wide.
