As soon as you step onto the terrace, be prepared to be wowed by its charm and elegance, with its colourful flower garden, sophisticated architecture and magnificent sea views. No doubt the terrace is where you'll be spending most of your time, relaxing in style by the elegant pool as you admire the panoramic sea views and mountainous landscape beyond. The pool flows in front of a covered decking area, complete with alfresco dining and a pool table for a healthy competition. As you enjoy your Mezze lunches and homemade mousakas you enjoy the spectacular views in front of you.

If you didn't think it could get any better, then head inside through the huge wooden caste-style front door. You'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, with multiple cosy seating corners and an array of dining facilities. The interiors are bright, as natural light floods in from every angle. Black marble floor tiles and white-washed walls compliment the modern furnishings and velvet sofas brilliantly. Up on the first floor, we find three bedrooms, all come complete with cool air conditioning, a TV, and a sea view balcony, making for a great spot to enjoy a nightcap as you watch the boats sail along the horizon. The master bedroom has the added benefit of an ensuite massage shower ensuite, whilst the other two rooms share a modest family bathroom.

Mobility

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous.  To access the villa there is a path which is 91cm wide and a ramp leading to the front door, the front door is 128cm wide.  The lounge door is 128cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 193cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 78cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the door to the pool/terrace area, there is a step up from the pool area to the wooden decking where there are sun loungers.  To access the the alfresco dining area there is a ramp which is 140cm wide, this leads to 3 steps to the the barbecue area.  The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and a combination of tiled and wooden decking, there are mature gardens surrounding the pool/terrace area.  The pool has steps.  There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level.  There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.  The bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the bathroom door is 69cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
