If you’re looking for a slice of paradise, Villa Melissa Selana is a hidden gem on Cyprus’ eastern coast. This beachfront villa directly overlooks an incredible stretch of the Mediterranean Sea, where each morning you’ll wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. This stunning property has been designed to take advantage of its incredible coastal backdrop, with guests enjoying panoramic sea views from every room.
The spacious patio is furnished with lavish deck chairs and lounge areas, perfect for admiring the impressive scenery and soaking up the sea air. With stylish alfresco dining and BBQ facilities, it’s the perfect spot for long evening dinners. The large swimming pool is set in a lush, neatly kept garden with direct access to the beachfront path. The inviting open-plan ground floor is light and modern, with pops of colour and a nautical themed décor. The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate six adults, with two doubles and a master ensuite located across the two floors.
Located in a quiet corner of the popular resort town of Protaras, a great selection of lively bars, exceptional restaurants, and boutique shops are just a short stroll away. A two-minute walk away is the picturesque Fig Tree Bay, famous for its crystal-clear blue waters and unspoiled white sand.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. There are 2 steps down from the front door to the lounge. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 98cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 78cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
