Located in the centre of Protaras, this elegant villa is just a 5 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay, Villa Oceanus is a real gem. This elaborate 5 bedroomed property is situated over 3 floors and has taken full advantage of its seafront location. On entering the villa you are welcomed into a stunning entrance hall which features a retractable glass ceiling and glass floor tiles. Rattan sun loungers and a day bed mean you can appreciate spending some quiet time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. In addition to the large open plan living, kitchen and dining area, Villa Oceanus boasts a second living area where you can get away from it all at the end of the day. The outside decked pool area leads down onto a grassed area with direct access to the beach front path.
Villa Oceanus enjoys a privileged location being only a 5 minute walk from the main Protaras road where you will find a bustling centre of shops, restaurants, cafes and the famous Fig Tree Bay. Fig Tree Bay plays host to a variety of water sports and swimming in shallow waters.

Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The pool area is surrounded by decking which is flat, however there are steps leading down to the lawn area. This can be seen in the images. Inside, there are slight level changes of a few cm between the lounge and the kitchen. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 100cm wide, and the bathrooms door is 55cm wide.
