Mobility

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. The villa is located at the end of a country track. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 123cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 190cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with a slight lip down from the patio doors. The pool itself has step access. Inside there are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door width into the master bedroom is 72cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 71cm wide.
