You can’t get more beachfront than at Villa Pietra, with the untouched Fireman’s Beach located at the bottom of its lush, green gardens. Wake up each morning in awe as you enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the glistening Mediterranean Sea.
The outside terrace is lapped in comfort, with multiple plush sun loungers, an intimate alfresco dining area and a cushy lounge spot. Watch the sun slowly set and breathe in the crisp sea air as you enjoy dinner and drinks with the family. The built-in brick barbecue is perfect for grilling up some scrumptious produce from the local market. If you want to cool off from the hot Cypriot sun, take a dip in the large swimming pool.
A wide glass sliding door leads you to a bright and open living space, with the well-equipped kitchen, living, and dining areas seamlessly merging into one. A whitewashed colour scheme and rich wooden furnishings radiate a contemporary feel throughout the home. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 120cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, there is one step down to the pool area. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bedooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor .
