Villa Trianta has magnificent panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breath-taking views. Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area that enjoys spectacular sea views and soft furnishings, a satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining area seats 6, and the contemporary kitchen features all the main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate shower room are also located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to two further bedrooms, one twin and one double, sharing a family bathroom.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with a fabulous private pool surrounded by various plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and outside dining, and a winding staircase leads up to an open first-floor balcony area, where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.

Mobility

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area, halfway up a steep hill. To access the villa there is a path which is 96cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 76cm wide. The path to the poolside is 90cm wide. Outside, there are 6 steep steps from the patio to the pool area. The ground floor bedroom and shower room doors are 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 100cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 190cm wide.
