Mobility

When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway.  To access the villa there is a path which is 275cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front is 85cm wide.  The lounge door is 88cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 115cm wide, the living area is open plan.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 85cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 93cm wide.  The pool/terrace grounds are tiled and paved stoned, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery, the outside grounds are flat and even.  The pool has a ladder there are no steps.  The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bedroom door is 66cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.  The first floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and first floor bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
