Set within generous grounds just moments from the coastline, Villa Vasilissa offers a spacious setting in the laid-back area of Argaka, with far-reaching sea views and a real sense of space both inside and out.
The outdoor areas are a key highlight, with an infinity pool positioned to take in the coastal outlook, alongside ample terrace space for relaxing throughout the day. A covered outdoor kitchen and barbecue area provides a practical spot for alfresco dining, whether it’s a casual lunch or an evening meal as the sun sets. The villa’s position places it close to a natural stretch of beach just across the road, ideal for a swim or snorkelling.
Inside, the villa is arranged over multiple levels, providing a good balance between shared living areas and quieter corners. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious interiors make it well suited to larger groups, while two separate lounge areas offer flexibility depending on how you choose to spend your time.
Five bedrooms are spread across the villa, offering comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests, with a combination of layouts suited to families or groups travelling together.
Located around a short drive from local tavernas, shops and the harbour at Latchi, Villa Vasilissa makes a great base for exploring this part of the Paphos region, while still offering plenty of space to enjoy time at the villa itself.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the poolside is 140cm wide. The poolside is at the back of the villa. Images from this angle show lots of steps. This is not the case from the front of the villa. The are a number of steps to the poolside, if you exit via the back doors. If you exit via the front door and follow the path around, there is only 1 step. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 71cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 100cm wide.
