This seafront villa set in its own beautiful mature garden is just 11kms from the stunning historical city of Chania. Situated on the edge of the Akrotiri area of Chania Province, the open sea views are available from the pool and terrace areas, as well as from the main living area of this villa. Kalathas' sandy beach is just a few metres away, take a short stroll where you can find sunbeds and parasols for rent on the shore and swim in the beautiful clear water, as well as enjoy drinks and snacks at the beachside taverna.
Villa Anemos Kalathas offers a stunning swimming pool overlooking the sea and plenty of sunbathing areas on the lawn and paved terrace areas as well as a shaded barbecue and al fresco dining area from which you can enjoy the gorgeous view and some stunning sunsets.
The interior is charming with the feel of a cozy “home from home” beach house. The living room has large patio doors allowing the light to fill the room and bring the view inside as well. Three bedrooms, one double and two singles, with two shower rooms complete the accommodation in the main house. A further bedroom with bunk style single beds and its own shower room is located in the lower garden area reached by exterior steps only. This is therefore not suitable for young children on their own but is ideal for older kids, teenagers and young adults.
Mobility
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. There are 13 steps to the poolside from the living room balcony. There are stepping stones to the pool, whilst the terrace is mostly grass. There is a slope down to the additional lawn area. These can be seen in the images. This is a ground floor property, where the double bedroom and ensuite doors are 72cm wide.
