This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is an 400cm wide path and 9 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door to the terrace is 110cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the covered terrace to the pool area, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved with a lawned area, then there are 5 steps down to the garden area. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, another 1 on the lower ground floor, and 4 more on the first floor. The door to the ground floor bedroom is 80cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 43cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower.
