Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 500cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 500cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. This property features two separate houses. Inside, there is 1 step to get from the lounge to the kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms have a door width of 77cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 73cm.
