This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 100cm wide path with 6 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door to the terrace is 220cm wide with a 3 steps from the raised terrace to the pool terrace. The pool terrace is flat and paved, and there are steps into the pool. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan, and the door to this area is 80cm wide. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The doors to both ground floor bedrooms are 75cm wide, and the door to the WC is 66cm wide.
