With three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, this villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. On the ground floor, you will gravitate towards a fully equipped kitchen complete with a large dining table for wineing, dining, and socialising. The living room is modern yet cosy with comfortable sofas looking out towards the wide glass patio doors. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV are sure to provide ultimate entertainment. 

Outside, the inviting infinity pool is framed by luxury sun loungers and a shaded day bed, perfect for relaxing and rotating under the sun. Come morning, noon, or night, gather in the outdoor dining area to enjoy a family feast fired up on the built-in barbeque. To escape the heat, head to the conservatory and challenge your loved ones to a game of pool using the billiards table. 

Villa Konstantinos is a short drive away from the popular city of Heraklion, home to impressive archaeological sites dating back thousands of years. 

Mobility

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a 400cm wide path and 5 steps. The front door has a width of 98cm. The door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace around the pool is slightly uneven, consisting of artificial grass and tiles. There are steps into the pool. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
