The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms ,all of course are air-conditioned. The living room has a comfortable sofa with satellite tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the high quality appliances for preparing your meals.Outside there are sun loungers lining the terrace with an alfresco dining area and a portable BBQ.
Set on a side of Ialysos with a relaxed pace, positioned just a few metres above sea level and surrounded by an expansive Mediterranean garden, this unique home is the ideal place for a romantic escape but is equally a perfect hideaway for families with children or a group of friends. Within walking distance are many taverns, cafes,bars, supermarkets and less than 10 minutes’ drive from Rhodes town centre.
Mobility
The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 75cm wide. The kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, there is a step down from the patio doors to the terrace area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are of wooden decking and the garden grounds are grassed with mature trees and shrubbery. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
