Villa Marathias

Villa Marathias is the epitome of rustic charm. The villa comes well-equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay, and sleeps four guests making it suitable for a small family or group. There are seating spots aplenty, with a wide shaded terrace boasting fabulous views over the garden and olive-clad countryside below, and a spacious open terrace from which you can gaze out to sea in the distance. Villa Marithias is complete with a sparkling infinity pool with surrounding sun loungers. The long, calm bay at Keri Limni is just over 1km away where you can enjoy a relaxing vibe and fresh seafood. 

Mobility

This villa is in a hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 5 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 78cm wide. This pool has ladder access. There are 4 steps down to the BBQ area. Both bedrooms have a door width of 76cm and the shower room has a door width of 76cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 76cm wide and the door width into the lounge area is 76cm wide.
