This opulent villa presents an exclusive swimming pool and an outdoor whirlpool with a cascading waterfall, both providing breath-taking views of the mountains and the sea.
The ground floor boasts a lavishly adorned living and dining space, a fully furnished kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Through the panoramic glass doors, one can step out onto the swimming pool area, offering direct vistas of the sea. Ascending the inner staircase leads to the first floor, which features an additional bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. All bedrooms are fitted with Sat TV's and air conditioning.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The outside area is flat and all on one level. There is a very small lip down from the covered terrace to the open terrace, this is very small. The pool itself requires ladder access. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the bathroom ensuite door is 70cm wide, this contains a whirlpool bath. The door into the kitchen is 150cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 87cm wide.
