Situated 500m from a golf course, it’s an excellent choice for golfers looking to enjoy the local greens while also being within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and a restaurant.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms, ideal for up to eight guests, and comes with air conditioning throughout to ensure a comfortable stay. The fully fitted kitchen is great for preparing meals, while the cozy sofas in the living area provide a welcoming space to unwind. Outside, you’ll find a brick BBQ for alfresco dining, and pool towels are provided for your convenience as you relax by the private pool.
While private parking for up to four cars is available for those who wish to hire a car, a car is not essential as the villa’s prime location allows for access to all local amenities and attractions. Mobility
To access the villa there is an open path which is 300cm wide. The front door has a width of 78cm whilst the other access door has a width of 128cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The pool path is 200cm wide and the pool itself has arm rail access. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 67cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 67cm wide. This is a ground floor only villa.
