Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 73cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 83cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with a lawn area towards the side/back of the property. There are a handful of steps down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool is on the lower ground level. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom door is 68cm wide. There are 15 steps to the lower ground floor.
