One bedroom is located on the ground floor and benefits from its own private ensuite bathroom, ideal for those who prefer easier access with fewer stairs. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, where one of these also includes a private ensuite, offering additional comfort and privacy for guests.

Mobility

To access the villa there is an open path which is 112cm wide with one step. The front door has a width of 120cm whilst other terrace doors have a width of 125cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, with a gentle slope towards the BBQ area. The pool itself has step access; there are five steps upon entering the pool. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door has a width of 78cm, and the widest bathroom door has a width of 68cm.
