Designed over two levels, the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with patio doors, a double bedroom with air-conditioning, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. The stairs lead to the first floor and offer a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
Out through the patio doors is your private kidney-shaped swimming pool. To the side of the villa a brick BBQ and covered seating for lazy days dining alfresco. For those wanting to also enjoy the stunning beaches this coastline offers, they can be reached within a leisurely walk from the villa.

To access the villa there is a path that’s 300cm wide. The front door has a width of 72cm, whilst other external doors have a width of 110cm. The villa grounds are flat, even and tiled, with 1 small step down to the pool. The pool requires ladder access. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors have a width of 62cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 105cm wide. There is one step that’s 15cm from the kitchen to the lounge area.
