Sleeping up to six in three bedrooms, you'll find the interiors a breath of fresh air. Cosy furnishings in modern blush tones give a homely atmosphere as sunlight floods through the patio doors. The intimate living space comprises a sofa across from large Smart TV, a dining table and a stylish black kitchen with a breakfast bar. We imagine you'll spend most of your time surrounding the glistening pool, taking a dip to cool off under the Andalucian sunshine. Make use of the BBQ and enjoy a meal under the pergola as the sun sets over the luscious panoramic greenery.
As a Car Optional villa, you'll find plenty of amenities within walking distance. A supermarket is just a stroll away and a small handful of restaurants are available for you to taste test. To reach the bustling centre of the resort it's a little further afield, approximately 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car will lead you to the popular Playa Burriana.
Mobility
To access the villa there is an open path which is 77cm wide with one step. The front door has a door width of 86cm whilst the other access door has a width of 77cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, the pool itself has step access with a handrail. However, there is a drop surrounding the pool. Inside the villa, the width of the door into the kitchen and lounge area is 86cm wide.
