The terrace even has a table tennis table and is the perfect spot to relax and sunbathe in the day, and watch the beautiful Lanzarote sunsets in the evening.  

You are within close proximity to the activity-packed Playa Blanca, just a five-minute drive away. Here you have the choice of several beaches with calm shallow waters, multiple watersports and family activities, abundant restaurants and bars in the lively Rubicon Marina and a host of shops and authentic markets in the Old Town.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm. The front door has a width of 79cm, whilst other access doors have a width of 150cm. The width of the path to the pool is 250cm wide. The ground outside is level with a lip of 2cm over the patio doors. The outside is a tiled terrace which is flat and spacious. The pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the is 68cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 69cm wide. This is a ground floor property and the kitchen and lounge are open-plan.
