One of three stunning new villas to join the Solmar Villas collection in the Las Maretas urbanisation, Villa Esmeralda is a stunning detached property set within a large plot with a fantastic freeform swimming pool. Set over two levels, the ground floor consists of an open-planned lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its own private ensuite shower room, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom that shares a second shower room. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own shower ensuite and private terrace. All bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort and WiFi is available throughout the villa. Outside is where you will be spending most of your time, in spacious enclosed grounds with a day bed, a couple of set sunbed and more sunbeds scattered around the star of the show; the breath-taking freeform swimming pool (heating included between November and April). The villa also comes with a pool table and table tennis for friends and family to enjoy. A brick-built barbecue and two separate pergolas offer plenty of shade for those wanting to dine al fresco, away from the midday Canarian sunshine. A handful of bars and restaurants in Faro Park are within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca town is also nearby...

To access the villa there is a path which is very open and flat along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are 85cm wide. The grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide which is the double bedroom with the ensuite and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide which is the ensuite. The door into the kitchen/dining area has a width of 77cm and the door into the lounge area has a width of 97cm.
