Designed with expansive balconies and terraces, Villa Infinity certainly impresses when it comes to outdoor living. Breakfast never looked so good on the large upper terrace, where you can sip an espresso over 360-degree panoramas of the hypnotic seascape. Sink into the bubbling hot tub or swim a few laps in the expansive, sparkling pool. Lined with plush double sun loungers and day beds, perfectly positioned by the pool for transitioning from swimming to sunbathing. Alfresco dining doesn’t get any better than this, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and eat dinner while watching the sun set over the horizon. Head to the lower terrace to practise your swing on the putting greens.
Even when you’re inside, it’s impossible to ignore the incredible views on offer; with the interiors framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that overlook the landscape. Humming a modern tune, the chic and white-washed exteriors are enhanced with linear, straight-cut architecture and sleek balconies. The living space belongs in an interior design magazine; it is utterly sophisticated with a vogue colour scheme, minimalist decor, and Scandinavian-style furniture. Built as an open-plan concept, the two lounge areas are a breath of fresh air, with trendy sofas and arm chairs perfectly positioned by the coastal vistas. Gather around for the ultimate movie night experience in the cinema room, filled with leather arm chairs and decorated with movie posters – just don’t forget the popcorn. Ultra-modern, you’ll instantly be drawn to the two kitchens, where glossy worktops and sleek cabinetry meet high-end appliances and elegant breakfast bars. Let off some steam in the indoor gym with a set of weight machines and treadmills, or opt for a more relaxing method in the indoor sauna. Each of the bedrooms are light and airy and is framed by the inspiring scenery, sleeping up to eighteen adults and children in total. Bedroom 5 has a hallway leading from it with another room featuring twin beds. Please note that there is no door dividing these rooms. There is also and internal lift giving access to all floors. As a bonus this villa comes with complimentary robes and slippers for the duration of your stay.
Set in the activity-packed Playa Blanca, you’re in the heart of the action at Villa Infinity. With a string of white sand beaches with calm, shallow waters, lay your towel down on the sands or do some hair-raising water sports. When hunger strikes, there are rows of restaurants and bars hugging the lively Rubicon Marina, with a spring of shops and authentic markets in the Old Town.
*Please note there are 2 further pools within this property. Pool 2 is 7m x 3.5m and 1.2m deep at both ends. Pool 2 has steps access. Pool 3 is 3.6m x 2.8m and is 35cm deep. The dividing wall is 38cm wide with no barrier, so not suitable for children to play unsupervised.
*Off road parking is available at this property, but the driveway is very steep so you may prefer to park on the road.
Mobility
Please note, this villa is in a hilly area of Playa Blanca. To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 150cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is split over 3 levels, as can be seen in the images. The pool itself has step access. Inside the ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor and lower ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 110cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 110cm wide. These are on the ground floor and are open-plan. The villa has an internal lift to all floors. The lift door width is 80cm when open. Inside the lift is 100cm x 120cm.
