This villa is in a hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 5 steps. There is 1 step to the property entrance, and a further 4 steps to the porch and front door. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the other access door has a door width of 130cm. There are 6 steps down to the poolside. There is an alternative access point to the terrace through the parking area gate, however the ground is a little uneven, from here there are only 3 steps to the poolside. The outside is an open-plan terrace which is relatively flat. There is an externally accessed apartment reached via 6 steps. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom on the ground floor is 68cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 58cm. There are 6 steps from the lower ground floor to the ground floor.
