Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom with queen sized bed and a family bathroom with walk in shower, ideal for those with reduced mobility.

Upstairs leads you to a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed and en-suite shower room, with an additional family bathroom shared by two twin bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors leading to a shared balcony overlooking the breath-taking s’Albufera.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 207cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300+cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is a ramp leading to the front door. Internally there are 16 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 90cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 90cm, on the ground floor, on the first floor, the bedroom doors are all 79cm wide and the bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
