Seeing is believing with Villa Amorio! Located within the slopes of Costa Adeje, this beautiful four-bedroom villa is a must-see for bookings of up to eight guests. As you enter the villa grounds, you'll be wowed by the vast enclosed terrace on offer, spread over two levels. You have your dining area and table tennis on the bottom terrace, and the pool terrace with sun loungers located above and accessed via a handful of steps.
Inside, you'll be greeted by a large open, airy space, creating a welcoming living room and dining room. On the ground floor, you'll also find a guest WC and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking up a storm on your self-catering holiday. Alternatively, there's a local restaurant and supermarket within walking distance of the villa. For exploring further afield, a car is recommended.
Up on the first floor, we find four spacious bedrooms and a large shared shower room. Be sure to bag the master double bedroom with its walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with whirlpool bath and balcony with panoramic sea views.
As an added bonus, this villa comes with complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay and pool heating included all year round. Pool heating must be selected as a free additional extra if you'd like this adding to your booking.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 126cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 86cm wide. The lounge door is 112cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 75cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 126cm wide, there are 13 steps leading up to the pool area from the terrace, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The terrace grounds are very spacious, however the pool is on a different level than the terrace area, the outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor level.
