Legalities and documentation for New York
Most countries have certain legal requirements which will be dealt with through our local wedding planners. Once you get married abroad your wedding will be legally bound but the marriage will be registered in the country where your wedding took place. The marriage certificate can sometimes be supplied to you before you leave resort, but in some destinations it can take a few months before it is sent to you.

Some countries have rules about residency before you marry. Most destinations will require that you have been a resident for between 1-5 days before you can get married, for this reason it is advisable to book for 2 weeks to allow for any last minute alterations to the wedding.
