Sunny Beach is Bulgaria's most important resort and this hotel is located in its very centre, just 200 metres from a multitude of restaurants and bars. Bourgas International Airport lies 25 km to the south while Varna International Airport is 90 km to the north.

The complex has 150 apartments and 144 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
