Located very close to Zakynthos town just 4 kms from the town centre, Argassi was one of the first real resorts on the island, and to this day remains one of the most popular places to stay in Zakynthos with all age groups. This is a small modern town offering all the facilities of a busy tourist resort. The main attraction here is Argassi Beach, a sand and shingle beach almost a kilometre in length with beachside bars and home to a variety of water sports.

There are many shops in Argassi and of every kind alongside a lively selection of bars and tavernas. Moreover, on the road to reach the main town, there are 3 or 4 clubs very popular on the island.

Of course, the island’s capital, Zakynthos Town is also on your doorstep. In a nutshell, if you’re looking for sun, sea & relaxation by day and varied nightlife by evening, Argassi will impress!
