While the government travel advice remains as avoid non-essential travel and even though some destinations are included in the Green List of destinations, we are working with all our customers to help them with their holiday plans, so please be patient we will be in contact with you.

We will contact you and discuss your options as you would be travelling against government advice. Travel Insurance may not cover you, so it is essential that you check your travel insurance policy.I am due to travel from September onwards
A lot of flights are operating albeit on a reduced frequency for September and beyond. If you are due to travel in September we will contact you and discuss all options with you. We will be contacting people in order of travel date, so bear with us we will get to you.
We are prioritising all rebooking’s based on travel date.
I am due to pay the balance of my holiday, but I’m concerned
We will do our very best to work with you in this regard. On some selected destinations we may be able to delay the balance due date. Please contact our sales team regarding your booking.
I want to change my holiday, what do I do?
Depending on when and where you are travelling to, we will assist you where we can but please bear in mind our focus is on September holidays at the moment.

I’m still worried, can I cancel my booking?
If your flight is still operating and you choose to cancel your holiday, then this would be subject to our cancellation policy as per our booking conditions.
I want to book a new holiday but I am concerned I will lose my money?
