Begin in the centro storico, the ideal way to experience Ostuni. Little has changed here over the centuries and it seems that is how the locals like it. On top of the hill is the spectacular view of the Adriatic bordering a sweeping vista of olive groves as far as the eye can see. Here also is Ostuni's stunning 15th Century Gothic cathedral. All too easy to forget then that there are some beautiful beaches just a short drive away and that Ostuni is a perfect base for seeing much more of the beguiling peninsula.
