Seaside Los Jameos re-opens September 2025 following six months of refurbishment. In some areas work will continue until the end of October. The Seaside Los Jameos is located alongside the beach of Los Pocillos in the quiet area of Puerto del Carmen. Architecturally inspired by the island style, the hotel has magnificent pools set in extensive landscaped palm gardens. Hotel guests can enjoy a wide variety of sports activities and entertainment, suitable for all ages, even for the youngest members of the family. Spend the day relaxing by one of the two swimming pools, both with extensive terraces surrounding them so you won't have trouble finding a sun lounger. Or if you fancy it, the sandy beach is just a stone's throw away. After all that relaxing & you're feeling energetic, there are tennis courts & a gym onsite. The younger guests can enjoy their own splash pool, playground and mini club so you see everyone will be happy here! Set alongside Los Pocillos beach, Los Jameos Playa Hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Matagorda, and 2 km from central Puerto del Carmen but you'll have several bars, restaurants and shops closeby. The main restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast and themed evening buffets so you'll be spoiled for choice. With outdoor tables overlooking the pools and gardens, you can enjoy your meal alfresco also. Rooms are rustic-modern with a local decor and very comfortable. Choose between Double Rooms, Family Rooms, Junior Suites and Suites. Please note that rooms close to these areas will be blocked and will not be allocated to guests, in order to minimize any inconvenience. The tennis courts won't be available until further notice, however, arrangements will be made with nearby facilities to provide alternatives. All of this will be worth the wait! The new children's pool and playground and the new water slides are scheduled to be ready by 01.09.2025. A new kiosk (expected to open by 30.09.2025). In the meantime there will be a team of dedicated entertainers on hand to ensure children continue to enjoy a full range of activities, inside as well as outside of the hotel. The new "Arroz & Fuego" restaurant and the new “Milk Lab Bar” are expected to be opening in autumn.
