Punta Prima is a quiet, relaxed resort in the south east of the island about 10km from Mahon airport. Its amenities cater for both families and couples.

In the centre of the resort there's a large supermarket and two smaller ones. You'll also find several restaurants offering international and Mediterranean cuisine. Some of the restaurants provide play areas for the kids. There's also a twice weekly local market.

The beach at Punta Prima is excellent for families with shallow water and rocks to encourage exploration. There are also several enjoyable walking routes.
