We invite you to sample a taste of Italian hospitality in this stylish resort with its spectacular views of Mont Blanc, quality bars and restaurants and gorgeous cobbled streets. The Chalet hotel Cristallo is tucked away in a quiet side street just off the main Via Roma which runs through the heart of Courmayeur village. It’s only a five minute walk from the hotel to the main cable car lift and to make life even easier for you, there are ski lockers available by the cable car entrance, so you don’t even have to carry your ski gear with you.

This 27-room hotel is child free for most of the season, during school holidays children aged 7 years and upwards are welcome, there is no childcare provided.

Charm is the order of the day inside the hotel, with its beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and antique furniture. The rich, honey-coloured wood panelled bedrooms are gorgeously comfortable and all are en-suite with a bath or shower and WC.

Relax in the Hotel's Sauna

The dining room is light and airy with elegant draped curtains and plenty of seating choices, whether you wish to join fellow guests at a larger table or eat on your own. You can enjoy a good hearty breakfast, delicious afternoon tea or three course evening meal with complimentary wine in the restaurant. In the evenings, relax in the small, intimate bar or spread out in the lounge and enjoy some après ski with your fellow guests. And don’t worry about aching limbs; the hotel’s sauna will take care of those for you.

Accommodation

The rich, honey-coloured wood panelled bedrooms are gorgeously comfortable and all are en-suite with a bath or shower and WC and have a hairdryer.

Restaurant

The dining room is light and airy with elegant draped curtains and plenty of seating choices, whether you wish to join fellow guests at a larger table or eat on your own. A hearty breakfast is a must when you’re out on the slopes, and you can choose a full English or we’ll cook you a steaming bowl of porridge to order. Of course, there are always pastries and fruit if you prefer a lighter option. And don’t miss our heavenly afternoon tea with steaming hot soup and scrummy home-made cakes after your day on the slopes. For dinner, you can choose from a variety of starters, main courses and desserts, accompanied by complimentary red or white wine.

One evening a week dinner is not served in the Chalet hotel allowing you the opportunity to dine out at one of the excellent local restaurants.

The reception at Chalet hotel Cristallo is available from 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm daily, our customer service team are there to offer support and assistance so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

You may charge hotel bills to your room or pay by cash (€). Card payment is accepted at reception. 

WiFi is available in the hotel free of charge.

Courmayeur Lift Passes

Lift passes can be pre-booked in the UK. Book your pass no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Your lift pass will be delivered to the Chalet hotel Cristallo ready for your arrival, one less thing to do on your first day.

Courmayeur Pass
Includes Courmayeur plus 2 days in one of the other Aoste valley ski resorts e.g. La Thuile & Pila. If you decide to ski in Chamonix, you can for approximately €50 per day, plus the return bus fare for approx. €20 return.

Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass
Includes Courmayeur & Chamonix Valley but does not include La Thuile & Pila. If you decide to ski a day in La Thuile or Pila, you need to upgrade for €34. Please note the bus between Courmayeur & Chamonix is no longer included with the Unlimited pass. There is a €14 fee.
