We have an early children's buffet dinner every evening with plenty of healthy child-friendly dishes to suit our younger guests' taste, this high tea is available for children 4 months to 9 years. There is a 24-hour kitchen for guest use, stocked with sterilisers, fridge, microwave, kettle and supply of UHT milk.
Watersports Activities
The stunning sandy beach at Perdepera Beach Resort is home to a multitude of watersports. Guests can learn how to sail, practise their windsurfing technique and have a go on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP).
The waterfront is open Sunday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm in off-peak season. In peak season the waterfront also opens on a Saturday, 9am to 12pm.

This fun sport is easy to learn (unlike surfing!) and what's more you will benefit from a strong 'core' workout. Within an hour or two you will find you are more than comfortable on your board on the water.

Sailing Holidays in Sardinia
Protected by a headland, Perdepera has fantastic sailing for learners and novices in the morning, with the wind picking up in the afternoon making for more challenging outings. The Mark Warner watersports centre offers free sailing and paid-for private tuition throughout the week including RYA courses.
We continue to focus on youth development with the addition of six Laser Bugs, a boat that has proven a very successful addition in other resorts and a huge hit with the children. Another large double-hander, the Laser Bahia, has recently been added to the fleet.

RYA Adult Courses
As an RYA accredited centre, we are able to teach the National Sailing Scheme. This offers our guests the chance to earn a recognised, certified qualification, ideal for those interested in owning a dinghy or joining a sailing club. The minimum age for the below courses is 14 years. For younger sailors we are delighted to offer the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme.
RYA Start Sailing (Level 1)
The beginner's course. Run throughout the course of the week, teaches the fundamentals of sailing. By the end of the course, participants will have a basic understanding of sailing up, down and across wind, turning the boat and how to recover from a capsize. RYA Start Sailing certificate and log book (subject to successful assessment) are awarded. This course is always popular and we recommend pre-booking in the UK.

Tuition taking you to the next level throughout the course of the week. This course consolidates the skills learnt on the Start Sailing course and sets out the foundations of sailing. A recent addition to the National Sailing Scheme, this excellent course bridges the gap between Start Sailing, Basic Skills and the Advanced Modules making the transition easier for those wishing to progress through the scheme. An exhilharating course that, through the course of the week, teaches you how to rig, hoist, drop and trim a spinnaker effectively. RYA Youth Courses
For children under 14 years we offer the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme. The YSS offers both a fun and educational experience. Structured and progressive learning, delivered under the watchful eye of our experienced, qualified instructors will allow children to come away with an RYA qualification. The scheme links in with the adult programme allowing for a smooth transition as children's skills develop.
Stage 1 (Age 6-13 years)
Spread over the course of the week, introducing younger sailors to the basics of launching and recovering, steering, parts of the boat and basic sailing. A certificate (subject to successful assessment) is awarded at the end of the course. It is recommended to pre-book in the UK.

Stage 2 (Age 6-13 years)

Stage 3 (Age 8-13 years)
Tuition over the course of the week focusing on rigging, launching and recovery, sailing techniques, capsize recovery and sailing theory. Windsurfing in Perdepera Beach Resort
Perdepera is a particularly good windsurfing location as the regular thermal winds that build in the afternoon are well suited for the more advanced windsurfer, whereas beginners enjoy the lighter winds in the morning. We have a large team of qualified instructors on hand to teach you on a one-to-one basis, as part of an RYA course or in a free group lesson.
In addition to tuition, there is plenty of kit for your personal use if you prefer to go it alone. In order that you get the most from your time on the water, our watersports staff will rig and de-rig equipment for you.
Our Starboard Rio boards provide a modern alternative for the beginner windsurfer. Further boards from the Starboard Go range will provide a great option for those looking to break into intermediate standard. Finally, extra Futura boards offer more choices of board for flat-water blasting.

Safety First
Your safety is important so if you would like to scuba dive, you'll need to complete a medical history form. You may also need a physical check-up. If you're over 45 years of age or have a previous medical condition, please bring a doctor's certificate confirming that you're fit to dive. Whether you can or cannot dive will be entirely at the discretion of your qualified instructor, whose main concern, at all times, is your safety.
Perdepera Beach Resort Activities
Perdepera has activities galore, from fitness classes to guided mountain biking. Guests can be as active or as chilled as they like on holiday in Sardinia.
The activities run 6 days a week in the off-peak season and 7 days a week in peak season, from early morning to sunset.

Mountain Biking
We run free guided mountain bike tours every day except Saturday, which are immensely popular and a great way of exploring the local area. Alternatively you can take a bike out for free for a half or full day, 7 days of the week and take in the sights along the coast or further inland.
Please note: Bikes are adult-sized and we do not offer children’s seats.
Fitness Programme
Our fully qualified aerobics instructors run daily classes to suit all levels of fitness and include aqua aerobics, stretch and tone and body pump.
Plus if you are feeling competitive you can join in with the daily beach volleyball match or the occasional waterpolo game.
Tennis
At Perdepera Beach Resort there are two Astroturf tennis courts with our resident coach who runs LTA endorsed coaching programs for adults and children.
Group coaching is based on ability there is private one-on-one tuition for adults and children aged 4 and up.

While we welcome families, who enjoy the use of our childcare facilities, we also welcome our adult guests travelling without children.
Solo travellers, single parents or groups of friends are invited to a social dinner at the start of the holiday, as way of introduction to fellow guests.

Out and About
There are plenty of activities on offer, including social tennis, group windsurfing and sailing lessons and a variety of aerobic and fitness classes.
However, if you fancy getting out and about take a wander around the village of Cardedu - the beautiful mountains and red cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea will take your breath away. Alternatively, join a day trip along the eastern coastline to three beautiful beaches - Cala Mariolu, Cala Siscine and Cala Luna.
Singles and Groups
Those travelling alone, are highly likely to meet like-minded people at this resort. At the start of your holiday, our customer service team will invite you to informal early evening drinks in the bar where you will get the chance to meet fellow guests, and to join a group table for dinner.
Mark Warner is not just about families and recent feedback from those travelling without children to this resort is that they "will be back!".
Single Parents
Single parents can enjoy some 'me' time at the spa or read a book on the beach while the little ones are in childcare.
We arrange social tables Sunday, Monday and Wednesday evenings where groups of like-minded adults can meet for conversation over some great food.
