If you’re looking for an adult only environment, a ski hotel in a great location and with a lively atmosphere, then the Chalet hotel Moris is ideal for you. Located right in the centre of Val d'Isère, with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, you’re just a 5 minute walk away from the Solaise and Bellevarde lift stations and ski school meeting points.

Chalet hotel Moris is reserved exclusively for adults (18 years +) outside of school holidays, so whether you’re travelling on your own, as a couple or in a group, you’ll love the comfortable, easy going atmosphere. Many of our guests come back year after year for the fantastic skiing and great social life the hotel offers. After a day on the slopes, there’s plenty of entertainment around and about, but many guests prefer to settle down for the evening in the hotel’s cosy first floor bar or party downstairs in the Moris Pub, which offers live music most nights and is one of the most popular pubs in Val d'Isère.

Three course evening meal with wine

Breakfast, tea and dinner are served in the first floor dining room with its views of the bustling town and mountains beyond. We’ll set you up for the day with breakfast, and then welcome you home from the slopes in the late afternoon with steaming hot soup, bread and fresh homemade cakes which you can eat outside on the terrace if you wish. A delicious three course evening meal is accompanied by a choice of wines.

Single guest rooms

The bedrooms are simple but comfortable and there are plenty of single rooms available as well as a quad room suitable for a group of friends. There are a total of 32 guest rooms comprising: singles, twins, doubles and a quad room. Most rooms are en-suite but some are not.

Children are welcome at Chalet hotel Moris from the age of 7 upwards during school holidays. Childcare is not provided.

Accommodation

The bedrooms are simple but comfortable at Chalet hotel Moris. There are a variety of guest rooms from singles and doubles to twins and a quad room, great for a small group of friends looking to share.

Some guest rooms are en-suite and available at a small supplement, the remaining bedrooms share facilities. 

Restaurant

At Chalet hotel Moris breakfast, tea and dinner are served in the first floor dining room with its views of the bustling town and mountains beyond. We’ll set you up for the day with a hearty cooked breakfast, and then welcome you home from the slopes in the late afternoon with steaming hot soup, bread and fresh homemade cakes which you can eat outside on the terrace if you wish. A delicious three course evening meal is accompanied by a choice of wines.

One evening a week dinner is not served in the Chalet hotel allowing you the opportunity to dine out at one of the excellent local restaurants.

Hotel Services & Facilities

The reception at Chalet hotel Moris is available from 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm daily, our customer service team are there to offer support and assistance so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

You may charge hotel bills to your room or pay by cash (€). Card payment is accepted at reception. 

Wifi is available free of charge. 

The ski and boot room can be accessed from the front of the hotel.

Val d'Isère Lift Passes

Lift passes can be pre-booked in the UK. Book your pass no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Your lift pass will be delivered to the Chalet hotel Moris ready for your arrival, one less thing to do on your first day.

Val d'Isère Lift Pass
This pass enables you to ski and board the Val d'Isère area covering the central slopes around Solaise, La Fornet a hamlet at the western end of the resort taking you up to Pissaillas Glacier, Bellevarde where you'll find the famous steep and challenging black run La Face and La Daille, a hamlet at the eastern end of the resort with the thrilling OK men's downhill course.  

Espace Killy Pass
The Espace Killy pass is valid for all lifts in Val d'Isère and Tignes, plus one day's skiing in La Plagne, the 3 Valleys and Les Arcs. The Espace Killy pass also offers you free entry to the Aquasportif Leisure Centre with swimming pools, climbing wall and squash courts with any 2 to 15 consecutive day pass. Perfect for those wanting a change in activity or looking to relax weary muscles. 

There are 7 free nursery lifts in Val d'Isère and 4 free nursery lifts in Tignes.
