The St. Elias Resort is a member of the Louis Hotel Group, was renovated in 2016 and is set in a beautiful unspoilt area with views out over the sea above Protaras Bay. You can walk down the hill to the beach, however if it's too much work simply hop on the complimentary daily shuttle.
